What Term Structure is
Term Structure is a fixed-rate borrowing and lending marketplace in decentralised finance. It has since rebranded as TermMax; our work was under the Term Structure name.
DeFi power users and airdrop farmers shared one community: one group demanding detail, the other arriving in volume. Money was on the line for both.

Community management
We turned fixed rates and terms into explanations people could follow, and answered fast.

Fake support accounts and phishing links are constant in DeFi. We removed them.
