1. Agreement to terms
By accessing or using the website at https://coremote.io (the Site) operated by CoRemote (we, us, our), you agree to these Terms of Service (Terms). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

3. Services and information
The Site describes digital, marketing, product, and related services CoRemote may offer. Descriptions are for general information and do not constitute an offer capable of acceptance on the Site unless we say otherwise in writing. A separate statement of work or agreement governs any paid engagement.
4. Social media accounts
CoRemote may use internal social media management tools (such as Postiz) to schedule and publish content on CoRemote’s own social media accounts. Access to those accounts is handled through each platform’s official authorization (OAuth) flow. CoRemote does not ask users for, and users should never provide, social media passwords.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site in violation of applicable law or third-party rights
- Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without authorization
- Introduce malware, overload infrastructure, or interfere with other users
- Scrape or harvest data from the Site in bulk without our prior written consent, except as allowed by public search engines’ standard policies
6. Intellectual property
Content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, layout) is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print reasonable portions for personal, non-commercial use. No other rights are granted unless we agree in writing.
7. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party sites or tools. We are not responsible for their content or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
8. Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we (and our affiliates, directors, employees, and contractors) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Site is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim or PHP 5,000 unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
10. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.
11. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. The Cookie Policy explains how we use cookies and similar technologies.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the Site. Material changes may be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Site, except where mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise.
